INTRODUCTION
Dynamic Automatic Batching System is a kind of automatic proportioning device which can be used with bb fertilizer equipment, organic fertilizer equipment and NPK fertilizer equipment. Automatic batching machine detects the quality of the materials through weighing and weighing frame, so as to realize the requirements of quantitative feeding.
 
Equipment composition of Dynamic Batching System:
1. Belt feeder, including conveyor bracket, skirt ring belt, motor, reducer, frequency converter.
2. The electronic weighing device includes feeder controller, weighing sensor, adjusting sensor and weighing frame.
3. Electrical control system, including inverter control cabinet, instrument control cabinet.
4. Clean the scraper.
