The construction of organic fertilizer equipment plant with mushroom residue should comprehensively consider the local resources, market capacity and coverage radius. The construction scale and annual output are generally 40000 ~ 300000 tons. Organic fertilizer fermentation technology

Raw material fermentation: the cycle usually takes 15-20 days. 1) The first stage refers to the microbial metabolic process in the two stages of medium temperature and high temperature in aerobic fermentation. It refers to the whole process from the initial stage of fermentation, through medium temperature and high temperature, and then to the temperature, which generally takes 10-12 days. 2) Stage I: after the first stage of fermentation, there are still some easily decomposed and a large number of difficult to decompose organic substances, which need to continue fermentation to make them mature. At this time, the temperature continues to drop. When the temperature is stable at about 35-40 , it will reach maturity, which generally takes 5-10 days.
