Starting with the raw material crusher, every process prepares for the granulation stage. Crushed raw materials are then mixed according to scientific proportions by a precise batching system, like a meticulous bartender. Once the raw materials enter the rotary drum granulator, the ingenious action of the rotating drum gradually aggregates the fine powder into granules, like a snowball rolling down the barrel, forming particles of the ideal size.
Moisture control and temperature regulation during the granulation process are a delicate dance. A spray system gently adds the liquid phase, while a hot air system provides optimal drying conditions. The newly formed granules then enter the dryer, where, like fruit bathed in sunlight, they gradually become firm and durable. Fertilizer screening equipment acts as a rigorous quality inspector, ensuring that each granule meets specifications.
The fertilizer cooler provides the final finishing touch to the pellets, preventing clumping and maintaining stability. Finally, the coating machine polishes the pellets, giving them a protective coating to ensure the nutrients remain intact during storage and transportation. The seamless coordination of the various equipment throughout the production line, like a well-trained orchestra, creates a symphony of efficient agricultural production.
