Cage Crusher: Professional Equipment For Efficient Fertilizer Raw Material Processing

Cage crushers are widely used for pulverizing organic minerals, compound fertilizers, compound fertilizer granules, and other fertilizers. Cage grinders can pulverize a variety of single fertilizers with a moisture content below 6%. They are particularly suitable for pulverizing hard materials, such as monoammonium phosphate, diammonium phosphate, and urea.

The cage crusher is composed of main components such as the frame, casing, large wheel group, small wheel group and two electric motors. When working, one motor drives the large cage to rotate forward, and the other motor drives the small cage to rotate reversely. The material enters the inner mouse wheel frame through the hopper, and the high-speed rotating steel bars repeatedly impact and crush the material, thereby achieving the effect of finely crushing the material.

On a fertilizer production line, materials crushed by a fertilizer grinder are thoroughly mixed in a fertilizer mixer before being granulated in a fertilizer granulator. Common fertilizer granulators include disc granulator, rotary drum granulator, and double roller press granulator. After moisture control, the granulated fertilizer granules are screened in a fertilizer screening machine and finally packaged in a fertilizer packaging machine.
