Compound fertilizer granulator installation and debugging method

The process of rotary drum granulator is to mix evenly according to the formula of the material, quantitative into the rotary drum granulator. At the same time, steam is injected, and the chemical reaction is completed by rotating the drum continuously to realize the process of compound fertilizer granulation. It is one of the more advanced compound fertilizer granulating equipment and one of the most popular equipment in the NPK fertilizer production line.

Installation and debugging

1. Installation: The machine needs to lay precast concrete platform before installation, and fix the base of the pelletizer on the platform with foot screws, so as to facilitate the operation of the pelletizer and prevent the granulator from moving. There is also the need to pay attention to the material transport belt conveyor should be aligned with the feed and discharge port, can also be dug for material transport.

2. Commissioning: After the granulator is installed, it is necessary to check whether the parts of the granulator are fastened. Then carry out no-load test, uninterrupted no-load running for 8 hours, the temperature of each bearing should rise steadily, at the end of the test the temperature of each component shall not be higher than 50℃, after the test the bearing shall not be observed to have serious wear and abrasion phenomenon.

Operation precautions

1. Check whether there are sundries in the machine before starting.

2. Check whether all parts of the machine are normal.

3. The machine is strictly prohibited from starting with load.

4. After starting the machine, check whether the rotation direction is correct. If the machine rotates in the opposite direction, it should stop and adjust immediately. Ensure smooth rotation, no noise, no friction before production.

5. Iron, stone, wood and other sundry objects are strictly prohibited from entering the machine to prevent damage to the equipment.

6. Before shutdown, the internal material must be discharged and cleaned before shutdown, so as to prevent the material from sticking to the cylinder body, so as to prepare for the next startup, which is conducive to the next production.
