Do the materials in the Npk fertilizer manufacturing process need to be crushed?

The crushing process is the main process in the NPK fertilizer manufacturing process. Therefore, we must make it a priority. What is the purpose of material crushing? The material is crushed into powder, and its total surface area increases, so that the bulky granular material is cracked into fine powder, which can improve the mixing uniformity of several different solid materials (mainly mixtures of different chemical components). Secondly, the uniform powdery material can make the NPK fertilizer granulator better process fertilizer granules, improve the granulation rate and reduce loss. Therefore, the fertilizer crusher plays an important role in the fertilizer production line. Our company has designed two kinds of crushers for NPK fertilizer: cage crusher and chain crusher. Both are ideal tools for crushing compound fertilizers.

The chain crusher is mainly used for crushing chemical fertilizer raw materials, bulk materials in compound fertilizer production, and granular semi-finished products in nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium fertilizer production lines. Cage crusher is a medium-sized horizontal cage mill, which can crush various single fertilizers with moisture content below 6%. The machine adopts the principle of impact crushing. The inside and outside cages rotate at high speed, and the materials are crushed by the impact of cage bars from inside to outside, especially suitable for materials with higher hardness, such as urea. The crushing machine has the advantages of simple structure, high crushing efficiency, stable operation, easy cleaning and maintenance. The most important thing is to have the best crushing effect and efficiency. Therefore, it is the best choice for manufacturers to use cage crusher for NPK production process.
