Horizontal Mixer: The Backbone Of Fertilizer Mixing

 In modern fertilizer granulation production, horizontal mixers, with their unique structural design and superior mixing performance, have become essential equipment across many industries.

Our company's horizontal mixers offer high mixing efficiency and minimal residue, making them suitable for mixing both organic and inorganic fertilizers.

The horizontal mixer features a horizontal shaft, mounted parallel to the ground, and equipped with a specially designed paddle system. This structure creates a complex three-dimensional motion path within the mixing tank: some material is propelled axially, some diffused radially, and still others driven in a circular motion by the paddles. This multi-directional motion creates an ideal mixing environment, ensuring full contact between all components.

Features

Horizontal mixers allow for thorough mixing of all materials, improving mixing uniformity. The horizontal mixer's novel rotor structure allows for an adjustable clearance between the rotor and the housing, effectively reducing residual material. Furthermore, the horizontal mixer's unique rotor design can crush larger materials, resulting in a more rational overall structure, aesthetically pleasing appearance, and easy operation and maintenance.

In the NPK fertilizer granulation production line, the fertilizer mixer machine is usually used together with the fertilizer crusher as pre-treatment equipment. After this step of processing, the material enters the fertilizer granulator for fertilizer granulation, and finally the fertilizer granules are subjected to subsequent processing.
