Upon entering the BB fertilizer production line, the first thing that catches your eye is the raw material pretreatment equipment. A fertilizer crusher grinds lumps of basic raw materials like nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium into uniform particles. A screening machine, like a "quality inspector," selects materials of acceptable size to ensure more uniform mixing. Next, the raw materials are precisely weighed on an automated batching scale. This step, like "precisely adding salt" in cooking, ensures that the various nutrients are proportioned according to the needs of different crops and soils, with minimal error.
The mixing process is the heart of the production line. A double axis mixer efficiently blends the various raw materials quickly, preventing uneven nutrient distribution. After mixing, the materials enter the granulation equipment, where they undergo processes such as rotary granulation or extrusion granulation to form uniformly sized, non-agglomerated BB fertilizer granules. Subsequently, a drum dryer and cooler work in conjunction to remove excess moisture from the granules and rapidly cool them to ensure the fertilizer's stability and shelf life.
Finally, the finished product undergoes a secondary screening process in a sieving machine. Unqualified particles are sent back to the crushing stage for reprocessing, while qualified products enter the automatic packaging machine and are precisely packaged into standard 25 kg or 50 kg bags. Throughout this process, the control system acts as the "brain," monitoring the operating status of each device in real time and automating the entire process. This not only reduces labor costs but also ensures consistent and reliable quality for each batch of BB fertilizer.
From raw materials to finished product, the BB fertilizer production line redefines fertilizer production with its efficiency and precision.
