In agricultural production, livestock and poultry manure and crop straw are two major types of waste. Randomly piling them up not only pollutes the environment but also wastes resources. Organic fertilizer production lines, through scientific processes, can co-process these two types of waste, achieving efficient resource utilization.
During production, straw is first crushed and mixed with livestock and poultry manure in a specific ratio. The carbon-to-nitrogen ratio and moisture content are adjusted, and then fermentation bacteria are added for high-temperature aerobic fermentation. An organic fertilizer turning machine turns the straw regularly to ensure sufficient oxygen supply. Composting is completed in 10-15 days, thoroughly killing pathogens, insect eggs, and weed seeds.

The composted material is then crushed, screened, mixed, granulated, dried, and packaged to become qualified organic fertilizer. The entire organic fertilizer production line process is wastewater-free, odor-free, and free of secondary pollution, solving the environmental problems of straw burning and indiscriminate manure discharge while turning waste into high-quality fertilizer.
This model is suitable for integrated farming farms, cooperatives, and centralized processing points in townships. It enjoys strong policy support and stable returns on investment, making it the preferred solution for the current green and circular development of agriculture.
