Npk Fertilizer Granulator: Analysis From Principle To Maintenance

 In modern agricultural production, the use of compound fertilizers has become an important means of increasing crop yields. As a key piece of equipment in compound fertilizer production, the NPK fertilizer granulator machine can mix the three main nutrients—nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), and potassium (K)—accordingly and form them into granules for easy transportation, storage, and use.

The NPK fertilizer granulator machine uses a wet granulation process. The main process includes: raw material pretreatment, material mixing and stirring, granulation, drying and cooling of fertilizer granules, screening and packaging. The equipment uses a disc granulator or a double roller press granulator to form uniform granules with the help of a binder.

To ensure long-term, stable operation of the equipment, it is necessary to regularly check the lubrication of transmission components, clean the granulation disc, and replace worn dies and scrapers. The interior of the fertilizer equipment should be thoroughly cleaned after each downtime to prevent material caking and impacting subsequent production.
