2. During the production of bio organic fertilizer equipment, pay close attention to prevent material blockage, overflow and overload, and also avoid material interruption and empty bin. The powder bin should be kept full, especially when the material humidity is low (the material moisture should be controlled above 12%).
3. Regularly check the ventilation and dust removal system, and timely remove the dust in the fan blades, air ducts, and dust removers: the gaps where the bio organic fertilizer equipment leaks dust must be plugged and sealed.
4. Regularly check the impurity removal capacity of the magnetic separation device to ensure that it is in good working condition, and timely remove the adsorbed metal impurities.
5. The crusher shall not be overloaded at will to prevent overheating: pay attention to that the discharge temperature shall not be too high at any time (no more than 50% C).
6. Regularly check the lubricating oil quantity and lubrication of bio organic fertilizer equipment, as well as the bearing lubrication status. The stop bearing is overheated. The temperature rise of sliding bearing shall not exceed 45C, and that of rolling bearing shall not exceed 60 ° C.
7. Frequently check the grounding of conveying equipment, silos and other equipment to avoid static accumulation: check the electrical equipment and electrical circuits to prevent loose or short circuit components.
8. Open fire is prohibited. Electric welding and gas welding are not allowed when maintaining and repairing equipment in the workplace; Clean the accumulated dust on the lamp frequently to prevent the accumulated dust from burning and causing fire.
9. Special attention shall be paid to biological organic fertilizer equipment to prevent friction between bucket elevator shell and hopper. In case of any abnormality, the equipment shall be shut down for maintenance immediately.
