The Working principle And Features Of Double Compost Turning Machine

2025/08/02

In organic waste treatment and compost production, compost turning is a key step in promoting aerobic fermentation. The double screws compost turning machine , with its unique structure and efficient operation, is an ideal choice for treating organic waste such as bio-organic fertilizer production line, poultry manure, sewage sludge, sugar mill filter mud, and straw sawdust.

This double screws compost turning machine enables large-scale production for organic fertilizer plants,at the same time, it can also be used in conjunction with fertilizer granulator machine and other machines such as fertilizer mixer machine to improve production efficiency harmless treatment of municipal sludge, resource utilization of livestock manure, and composting projects for kitchen waste.

Working principle

The double screws compost turning machine primarily consists of a drive system, a spiral turning mechanism, a travel mechanism, and a trough-type fermentation bed. During operation, the double screws compost turning machine moves along the fermentation tank track, with the two spiral shafts rotating in opposite directions, turning the material from the bottom, throwing it, and conveying it backwards for uniform mixing and adequate aeration.

Features

The two spiral shafts of the double screws compost turning machine work in coordination, with a turning depth of up to 1.6 meters and a width of 12 meters, which greatly improves the efficiency of space utilization. The two spiral shafts work simultaneously, with the functions of turning, stirring and oxygenating, which improves the fermentation efficiency, quickly decomposes the compost, saves oxygenation energy and shortens the fermentation time.

In addition, the double screws compost turning machine has the characteristics of simple and reasonable structure ,high efficiency ,low energy ,consumption high automation smooth operation ,strong durability and even turning.
