The second line of defense precisely regulates the feed moisture content within the critical 22%–38% range; this ensures the formation of necessary liquid bridges for nucleation while utilizing frictional heat generated during granulation to evaporate surface moisture, thereby significantly lowering the final moisture content. The third line of defense employs an anti-sticking inner lining combined with centrifugal densification in the rounding zone; this produces dense, uniform granules with smooth surfaces, drastically reducing porosity and delaying crystal bridge formation, resulting in a stable granulation rate exceeding 90%. These three interconnected defenses fundamentally resolve the industry-wide challenge of organic fertilizer caking.
