Exploring Cooperation on Organic Fertilizer Equipment to Support Green Transformation of Agriculture
In July 2025, a delegation of Vietnamese clients visited our company. The purpose of this visit was to understand the technical advantages and production capabilities of our organic fertilizer equipment and to find a reliable equipment supplier for the green transformation of Vietnamese agriculture.
The client delegation first visited our composting and fermentation area and finished product display area, gaining a direct understanding of the production source and quality of organic fertilizers. In the production workshop, the clients focused on inspecting the operation of the double-roller extrusion granulator and the disc granulator, comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the two granulation processes and their applicable scenarios. Considering the characteristics of small-scale agricultural cultivation in Vietnam, our company recommended a medium- and small-scale organic fertilizer production line solution. This solution features a small footprint, low investment cost, and simple operation, making it very suitable for local farmers and small agricultural enterprises. The clients expressed their approval of this targeted recommendation.
During the subsequent discussions, the clients introduced the current development status and policy support of the organic fertilizer market in Vietnam. Our company shared successful project cases in several countries around the world, including full-process experience in equipment supply, production line construction, and after-sales service. Both parties had detailed discussions on equipment import and export procedures, tariff policies, and subsequent technical support. Our professional answers addressed the clients' concerns. The clients expressed their full confidence in our company's strength and services after this visit and hoped to introduce organic fertilizer equipment suitable for the Vietnamese market to help local agriculture achieve green and sustainable development. Both parties agreed to further refine the cooperation plan and promote the early conclusion of the cooperation.
Integrated Small-Scale Production System for Vietnam
The recommended medium-scale solution comprises a compact yet complete bio organic fertilizer production line that efficiently executes the entire organic fertilizer manufacturing process. This integrated system includes essential fertilizer raw material processing machinery and equipment, such as crushers and a homogenizing fertilizer mixer machine. For granulation, the line offers two efficient paths tailored to raw material characteristics. The first utilizes a dedicated roller press granulator production line for dry compaction, ideal for certain materials. The second incorporates advanced npk fertilizer granulator machine equipment (like a disc granulator) capable of producing high-quality organic granules.
