What causes the failure of organic fertilizer equipment

2023/11/17

No matter what kind of equipment, as long as it is equipment, there will inevitably be some failures. Maybe because of the quality of the equipment, or because of improper use, or because of the wear of parts caused by long-term use, the organic fertilizer equipment will also have some failures after being used for a long time. So, how to find out the fault of organic fertilizer equipment? What is the cause of the failure? This is what we need to know.

Common faults and causes of organic fertilizer equipment:

(1) The motor of organic fertilizer equipment is overheated and its sound is abnormal.

Causes: 1) The bearing is poorly lubricated or severely worn; 2) Fan blades fall off or wear; 3) Poor contact of the switch circuit, or single-phase disconnection; 4) The voltage is too low.

(2) The sound of organic fertilizer equipment during operation is abnormal, and the cylinder is stuck by obstacles, even making the cylinder unable to rotate, and the bottom box vibrates.

Fault reason: 1) It is stuck by the object of the bottom box; 2) The magnetic block falls off, making the cylinder rattle, and the cylinder skin will be broken in serious cases. At this time, the vehicle shall be stopped for maintenance and troubleshooting.

(3) The reducer is overheated

Fault causes: 1) insufficient oil or poor oil quality; 2) The gear and worm are excessively worn or poorly meshed; 3) The bearing is poorly lubricated or severely worn.

(4) The magnetic field intensity of organic fertilizer equipment becomes weak

Fault causes: 1) The temperature is too high; 2) Sunlight exposure; 3) Acid and alkali corrosion. Gauss meter can be used for measurement. Organic fertilizer equipment consists of fermentation system, crushing system, conveying system, granulation system, drying system, cooling system, packaging system, etc. The elevation and levelness of the installation base shall be measured with the hollow bearing pad as the benchmark.
