Cyclone Dust Collector

Introduction
Cyclone dust removal equipment is a kind of high efficiency cyclone dust collector with side channel outside the cylinder. It can make a part of the gas with more dust near the inner wall of the cylinder to enter the lower part of the cyclone through the bypass, so as to reduce the chance of dust escaping from the exhaust outlet, especially for the dust larger than 5 μ M.

Working Principle
When the dust containing gas enters from the inlet in a tangential direction, the gas is rotated, and the air flow is divided into upper and lower parts, forming a double vortex movement. The dust has a strong separation effect at the bottom of the exhaust, that is, the boundary of the two vortices. The finer and lighter dust particles are carried from the upper vortex air flow to the upper part, forming a strong rotating ash ring under the top cover, resulting in the accumulation of dust particles, which are led out from the upper hole of the special bypass separation chamber, and are introduced into the dust collector cylinder tangential from the return air outlet of the outer wall of the dust collector through the spiral groove at the lower part of the bypass separation chamber, and the dust is separated and falls into the ash hopper. The other part of the heavier dust particles are driven by the lower vortex flow, along the lower section of the dust collector through the similar process of the upper vortex flow to separate the dust and enter the ash hopper.
