April 11, 2025, Ipoh, Malaysia | Case Study of a Small-Scale Modular Powdered Organic Fertilizer Production Line

2026-08-19

Addressing the challenges faced by small-scale farming and livestock enterprises in Ipoh, Malaysia, characterized by limited space, small production scale, and low budgets, large-scale granulation production lines are redundant, involve significant investment, and are unsuitable for their needs. On April 11, 2025, the client officially commissioned our small-scale organic fertilizer powder production line with a capacity of 1-2 tons per hour. This lightweight investment achieves harmless treatment of manure and commercial production of organic fertilizer, filling a gap in the local small-scale organic fertilizer processing market.

This powder production line adopts an integrated modular design, streamlining production processes and eliminating high-cost equipment such as drying, granulation, and cooling processes. It emphasizes a low-energy, high-cost-performance production model. The equipment is compatible with various fermented organic raw materials. After integrated crushing, mixing, and screening, the finished powdered organic fertilizer has high purity and stable organic matter content, meeting Malaysian local agricultural organic fertilizer standards. The machine boasts a high degree of automation, allowing a single person to complete the entire process from feeding and production to discharging, significantly reducing labor costs and making it ideal for start-up organic fertilizer companies.

On-site construction is quick, installation is convenient, and commissioning is simple. It doesn't occupy a large factory space and is suitable for various site conditions, including small factories and open-air greenhouses. The equipment operates stably and has been optimized for rust prevention, moisture control, and anti-clogging in tropical humid climates, effectively preventing common problems such as powder clumping due to moisture and equipment jamming, ensuring continuous smooth production.

After the project was implemented, the client successfully achieved zero-pollution treatment of livestock waste, turning waste into treasure. The produced powdered organic fertilizer is cost-effective and has a wide market, meeting the bulk purchasing needs of surrounding farmers. This lightweight production line, with its advantages of low investment, low energy consumption, and high adaptability, has become a classic example of successful implementation for small and medium-sized organic fertilizer projects in Malaysia.
