To improve the quality of commercial organic fertilizer and address the issues of low prices and high transportation losses associated with powdered organic fertilizer, local agricultural enterprises in Weinan, Shaanxi Province, upgraded their organic fertilizer deep-processing production lines. On April 7, 2025, they successfully completed the commissioning and operation of the entire flat die granulator and rounding machine, achieving mass production of high-quality granular organic fertilizer and addressing the shortcomings in local organic fertilizer refining.
Traditional disc granulators and roller granulators face difficulties in forming pure organic materials, resulting in loose and brittle finished products. This flat die granulator and rounding machine adopts an integrated design of extrusion granulation and high-speed rounding, featuring a simple process, small footprint, and high cost-effectiveness. It is particularly suitable for the granulation production of pure organic fertilizer, bio-organic fertilizer, and organic microbial fertilizer. The equipment operates stably, with continuous and uniform output, producing granules of moderate hardness and smooth roundness, effectively reducing breakage and powdering during transportation and bagging.
The equipment is easy to operate, highly automated, and convenient for daily maintenance, significantly reducing labor and maintenance costs for enterprises. Designed for the dry and windy production environment of Weinan, the equipment has been optimized for dust prevention and wear resistance, resulting in a low failure rate and long service life, making it perfectly suited for the plant's long-term continuous production conditions.
After the project was implemented, the client achieved an upgrade and transformation, realizing the resource utilization of waste materials and the commercialization of products. High-quality granular organic fertilizer is widely used in the local planting of apples, grapes, winter jujubes, and grain crops, showing significant soil improvement effects. The equipment achieves stable production capacity and consistent product quality, bringing the client higher product premiums and economic benefits, making it a high-quality model project for the refined processing of organic fertilizer in Weinan.
