1. Material Optimization: Maintain granulation moisture content at 12%-15%, grind the material to 50-80 mesh, and add bentonite binder to enhance particle cohesion.

2. Improved Granulation Process: Increase roller pressure in extrusion granulation; adjust the speed and angle of the disc granulator/double roller press granulator, and extend the rolling time to obtain more compact particles.

3. Precise Drying and Cooling: Employ gradient low-temperature drying to prevent hollow particles. Completely cool the particles to room temperature to allow them to cold-harden and achieve stable hardness.

4. Surface Coating: Coat the particle surface with an anti-caking agent to form a protective layer, preventing moisture absorption, pulverization, and surface cracking.

5. Routine Maintenance: Regularly inspect the granulator liners and screening equipment to ensure uniform granulation and qualified finished products.
