The fermentation process involves inoculation with composite microbial agents (Bacillus subtilis:Yeast:Actinomycetes = 3:1:1). Turners ensure oxygen supply, achieving organic matter degradation rate ≥50% and pathogen inactivation rate >99%.
· Screening: Drum separators remove unfermented impurities
· Granulation: Disc granulators or extrusion granulators form particles of 2-4mm diameter
· Function Enhancement: Addition of functional strains like nitrogen-fixing bacteria and phosphate-solubilizing bacteria (≥0.2 billion/g)
