Process description of pellet production line for processing organic fertilizer from pig manure

Pig manure processing organic fertilizer equipment includes: fermentation tipping machine, silo, organic fertilizer crusher, drum screening machine, automatic packaging machine, belt conveyor, etc. The whole set of equipment is about 150000.

The organic fertilizer granule production line is mainly composed of eight parts: quantitative transportation, crushing, screening, granulation, drying, cooling, finished product screening and packaging.

Simple and compact structure, low energy consumption and high degree of automation. It can be produced by 3-5 people. It is applicable to the treatment of livestock and poultry feces of individual families, small and medium-sized enterprises and breeding industry. The design production capacity is 1 ton - 6 tons / hour

1. Qualified raw materials such as fermented, rotten and aged cattle, sheep and chicken manure are sent to the variable frequency speed regulating feeding bin by loader;

2. Transported to vertical crusher for crushing;

3. It is transported to the drum vibrating screen to sort the raw materials, and the raw materials above 1.5mm return to the crusher to continue crushing;

4. The qualified raw materials below 1.5mm are transported to the granulator. The raw materials are formed into round particles through disc granulator or new granulation mechanism, dried and cooled, and then enter the three-stage high-speed rounding machine.

5. It is transported to the grading and screening machine to sort the particles, and the small particles return to the granulator to continue to form balls.

6. The qualified particles are transported to the special organic fertilizer packaging machine for weighing, packaging and warehousing.
