Function of organic fertilizer granulator in organic fertilizer production line

2022/02/08

Due to the production of biological fertilizer, which is mainly organic matter, more cellulose and poor forming conditions, and the addition of live bacteria with fertilizer making function, the production process is not suitable to contact high temperature and so on. Disk organic fertilizer granulator and drum organic fertilizer granulator should not be used in the material making method, because these two processes require high crushing fineness of raw materials, high granulation moisture, and generally the moisture content should reach about 30%. Therefore, the drying load is large, the loss of effective bacteria is large, and the pelletizing rate is low (about 60% ~ 70%), there is a lot of dust in the production process and the operating environment is very poor, Therefore, for the production of organic biological fertilizer, it is better to use the environmental extrusion method. The environmental extrusion has low requirements for raw material crushing, high molding rate (more than 95%), low water content of particles after opening, small drying load, which can reduce the loss of effective bacteria, small dust and good operating environment.

The raw materials enter the organic fertilizer granulator, add an appropriate amount of water or steam and bond into granules. After granulation, the materials are sent to the dryer through the belt conveyor for drying. The particle diameter is 3.0-4.0mm, and the granulation rate is greater than 70%.

Note: different raw materials are suitable for different granulation processes. For example, the water content of pig manure is much larger than that of sheep manure, and the water content directly affects the final granulation result. What kind of process and organic fertilizer equipment are more suitable for specific production, we need to consult the professionals of relevant manufacturers in detail when planning the establishment of organic fertilizer plant.
