The organic fertilizer granulator adopts high-speed rotation, and the materials turn over with the barrel at high speed, so that the powder adheres under high-speed movement, and continuously realizes the processes of mixing, granulation, spheroidization and densification inside, so as to achieve the purpose of granulation.
1. Bracket part: the whole power part of the vehicle body is supported by the bracket and bears great force. Therefore, the supporting wheel frame part of the machine recovers the welding of medium carbon steel plate and channel steel, and passes the strict quality control and special process requirements to achieve the purpose of using the machine.
2. Transmission part: the transmission part of the whole granulator is better than the important parts of the whole body. The transmission frame is welded from high-quality channel steel and has passed the strict quality requirements. The main electrical concepts and reducers installed on the transmission frame are domestic products with reliable quality. The electrical concept starts the drive of the pulley, V-belt and reducer to the main shaft, so that the body material of the main shaft, the transmission reducer and the recycled nylon cancellation coupling bite and pay attention to the transmission.
3. Big gear: it is firmly placed on the machine body, and the transmission gear teeth are used to read the things on the head face to face. The recycled high-tech wear-resistant materials make the service life of the machine longer.
4. Winding: firmly support the whole body on both sides of the body.
5. Body part: the most important part of the whole granulator is the body part. The recycled medium carbon steel plate is welded, with built-in special rubber lining or acid resistant stainless steel lining, so as to realize automatic scar removal, tumor removal and elimination of traditional scraper device, and achieve the purpose of using the machine through strict quality control and special process requirements.
