Precision Batching Machine: This is the "brain" of the production line. Utilizing high-precision electronic sensors and a frequency conversion control system, it can simultaneously control the feeding amount of 3-6 raw materials, with dynamic batching error controlled within ±0.5%. Operators simply input the target formula (e.g., 15-15-15 or 18-18-18) on the touchscreen, and the system automatically completes the simultaneous metering of multiple raw materials, completely eliminating the inefficiency and errors of traditional manual weighing.

Step 2: Precise Batching. Different raw materials are separately fed into the respective hoppers of the batching machine. The target formula is set on the control panel, and the system automatically completes the weighing and proportioning. During batching, the raw materials fall sequentially onto the collection conveyor belt and enter the mixer.

Step 3: Uniform Mixing. The mixer starts, and the twin-shaft blades rapidly tumble, convect, and shear the various particles to achieve a uniform, "intermingled" state. The mixing time is typically controlled at 3-5 minutes; too long may cause particle breakage, while too short will result in uneven mixing.

Step 4: Quantitative Packaging. The mixed finished product directly enters the packaging machine's hopper, where the entire process of weighing, filling, and sealing is automated. From feeding to finished product output, the entire line requires only 2-3 people to operate. Materials do not touch the ground throughout the process, ensuring cleanliness and efficiency.

Low investment, quick implementation.
