Working Principle
The waste water is pumped into the pig manure dewatering machine by submerged pump, and then squeezed and dehydrated by the dehydrator. If too much water is pumped into the pig manure, it will be discharged to the original pig manure pool through the overflow pipe. The separated pig manure wastewater can be directly sent to the biogas digester for biogas fermentation.
The solid dry pig manure is extruded from the outlet. After solid-liquid separation, COD and BOD in pig manure water are greatly reduced, which is convenient for subsequent discharge. The separated pig manure water can be directly discharged into the biogas digester for biogas fermentation. The fermented pig manure residue is a very good organic fertilizer liquid, and can also be discharged into the fermentation tank for composting.
