If the granules are not dried and cooled after granulation, the temperature and moisture content of the granules will be too high, which is not conducive to storage. Therefore, it is necessary to use a dryer and a cooler. However, if a double roller press granulator is used for granulation, there is no need to equip two machines. The double roller extrusion granulator adopts dry granulation at room temperature, and achieves the purpose of granulation by using the force between molecules, without adding any binder during processing.

After drying and cooling, the compound fertilizer granules should be coated by a coating machine to effectively prevent the agglomeration of the fertilizer produced by the NPK fertilizer production line. At the same time, it can also make the fertilizer granules smoother and easier to transport.
