Introduction of NPK fertilizer production line

In the compound fertilizer production process, rotary drum granulator is the most widely used equipment in the npk fertilizer production line, and the formula limit is relatively small. Processing principle of rotary drum granulator

The main body of the drum granulator is made of special rubber plate lining or acid-resistant stainless steel lining. In the compound fertilizer production process, steam, gas ammonia or phosphoric acid or nitrogen solution, phosphoric ammonia slurry, heavy calcium slurry, and chemical compound heating compound fertilizer granulation process are added in the granulator. The passage of materials under saturated steam not only increases the temperature of the materials, but also makes the materials wet, which is beneficial to granulation. If necessary, add a small amount of water to maintain the optimal amount of liquid for granulating the material. Firstly, the base fertilizer in the compound fertilizer was crushed and screened separately. The material in the drum screening machine will pass through the corresponding screening hopper. When the fertilizer production line is running, each base fertilizer is fed into the feeding hopper from each hopper through metering equipment, conveying equipment and lifting equipment according to matching requirements. At the same time, the returned material is also fed into the feeding hopper together with the base fertilizer through the lifting device. During transportation and upgrading, the base fertilizer and recycled materials are mixed to a certain extent, but it is more ideal if mixing devices can be added. The mixture is fed to the drum granulator at a given feed rate.

Finally, NPK fertilizer particles leave the drum granulator, dry in the dryer, and enter the fertilizer coating machine for coating treatment. After the process of drying, packaging and coating.

In the material recovery system, the unqualified particles screened out are crushed and sent back to the NPK fertilizer production line together with the screened powder for granulation again.
